Abschnitt II: Gegenstand
The Client has identified the need for a new Cargo Hub Development at Shannon Airport.
Shannon Airport Authority in conjunction with Shannon Commercial Properties, have identified the need for a new Cargo Hub Development at Shannon Airport. The proposed site is adjacent to the ASL hangar and is a high profile location along the approch road to Shannon Airport. The site identifed is circa 4 acres in size and is undeveloped. SAA & SCP strategy is to construct a large 29,708 sq ft distribution facility building with 3,767 sq ft single storey office “ready for occupation” including all site development and car parking works. The specified building size is approximate and may vary up or down depending on final design. It is intended that the buildings will be multi-functioning and adaptable to modern business uses. The development will be fully designed/detailed by the design team.
