LM-22-01 Framework agreement for project management and engineering
The Lillehammer Museum Foundation intends to enter into framework agreements within project management and engineering to ensure sufficient capacity and good competence at all times.
The contracting authority would like to use the framework agreements to join up with personnel who can quickly be obtained when needed for small or medium-sized assigments.
See the tender documentation for further descriptions.
LM-22-01 Framework agreement for project management and engineering (all lots)
The procurement is divided into 4 contract packages, with the intention to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements for packages 1, 2 and 4, provided that there is a sufficient number of acceptable tender offers. For package 3, a framework agreement will only be entered into with one tenderer.
Based on the turnover in previous framework agreements within the same services, and adjusted for developments in regards to market price, the estimated maximum turnover is NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT. The actual distribution between the different contract packages is somewhat uncertain, but it is assumed that the majority is distributed between contract packages 1, 2 and 4. The estimate carries no obligation for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.
The contract packages are as follows:
Package 1 – Design and independent control including the following subjects:
– Consulting within engineering
– Landscape architect (LARK)
– Planning and roads (Norwegian: Plan, RIVeg)
– Water and Sewage tecnology (RIVA)
– Civil engineer (RIB)
– HVAC engineer (RIV)
– Electrical engineer (RIE)
– Climate, energy, environment (environmental mapping building) (RIM)
– Fire safety (RIBR)
– Acoustics (RIAKU)
– Condition registrations (building and technical subjects)
Package 2 – Project management including the following subjects:
– Consultancy within project management
– Project management (PL)
– Deisgn management PRL/PGL
– Construction management/building representative (BL, BO)
– Safety, health and work environment coordinator (KU, KP)
– Condition registrations (building and technical subjects)
– Procurement assistance/purchasing
– Responsible applicant
– Independent controlling execution (UAK)
Package 3 – ITB Services (ITB)
Package 4 – Architect including building physics (ARK)
Offers can be submitted for just one, several or all of the contract packages. The offer must include all the subjects described in the different packages. There is therefore no opportunity to submit offers for individual subjects within contract packages 1 and 2.
The contract packages are evaluated individually, and the most economically advantageous offer is selected for each contract package. I.e., the contracts can also be combined for one tenderer if the same tenderer delivers the most advantageous offer for all of the packages.
Client managed option for 1+1 year.
