RFI 544 – Prækvalifikation af Røggasemissionsmåling

The applicant must carry out accredited checks of the Contracting Entity’s flue gas emission meters, also called Automatic Measuring Systems (AMS) located in the chimneys of Ørsted’s power plants in Denmark, and carry out accredited periodic random checks (proficiency testing) for other emission parameters (e.g. metals, HF, etc.) in accordance with the plants‘ environmental approvals. The applicant must bring all relevant equipment to carry out quality control and proficiency testing. The contracting entity ensures that functional tests on the relevant measurements have been carried out before carrying out AMS control, as well as the delivery of data from AMS. The applicant then takes care of analysis, data processing and reporting.

The reason for the cancellation is due to lack of competition. The contracting entity expects to issue a new RFI shortly.

In accordance with law no. 593, dated 02/06/2016, complaints about the award of a contract must be filed with the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud) within 45 (fourty-five) calendar days from the day after the Contracting Entity has published an award notice of the contract in TED. The deadline is counted from the day after the publishing, cf. § 7, subs. 2 in the law mentioned above.
