Ability of the economic operator to perform business activity- Document for registered activity : –

Certificate for registered activity (document for registered activity-form DRD) as proof that he is registered as a natural or legal person for carrying out the activity related to the subject of purchase or proof that he belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered

– proof issued by a competent authority for the fulfillment of the special conditions for carrying out the activity prescribed in accordance with the law relating to the subject of public procurement, namely: appropriate License "B" for the design of buildings of the second category
